Our plumbing, electrical and air conditioning teams study each site and it's requirements prior to commencing any works. We make sure that we familiarise and interpret them correctly to minimise mistakes onsite. It also allows for smoother transitions between other trades who will need to work before and after each of our services. We try wherever possible to go above and beyond our normal services and want to deliver a lasting impression. Whether that be as simple as cleaning after our work is done or saving you time and money
Systems and Software
Adopting a successful job management system has given customers a better way to manage the progress of a job that has been logged with Justflow Trade Services. From the time a job is logged it is given a unique job identifier and progress is tracked through a job diary. Clear and precise communication can take place between one or multiple tradies who can effectively communicate with our support team other tradesmen and most importantly you the customer. Customers also have the satisfaction of calling and querying job progress, evidence and costs which can be provided over the phone or in a break down through our job management software used by our tradies and office staff
TOOLS
Our 3 teams and their vehicles are heavily equipped with the right tools to get the job done right then and there. We have a back of house support team that also makes sure that before each day the teams have loaded the required tools, fixtures and fittings. This allows us to be more productive while on a customers site and prevents our team from having to come back or delay the job for the customer. There is no worse feeling than hoping that a problem will be resolved only to be told that a tool or part was missing and that the tradesmen will need to come back another day. We try to minimise this through better organisation in house
Support
A back of house support team is vital in communicating changes or updates with a job that has been logged but also making sure that when a new job is processed that all the unique details about the requirements of the job are relayed back to the tradies effectively. When one of our plumbers, electricians or air con technicians come out to site they must have the necessary information to fix the problem then and there. The support team must ensure that there is clarity between the customer and the tradesmen who attend a customers site when fixing small and large issues
